Cancellations

We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, We cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.

Returns

    • In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us on feedback@allureartworx.com a video of the damaged product(video should be captured while opening the parcel). You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 8 hours of receiving your order and call us/whatsapp us immediately on +91 9820172421.
      • Upon authorization of returns, We will gladly offer you an exchange or store credit(depending on the case).The damaged product should be sent by customer within 7 working days. The return/exchange shipping charges will be paid by customers. The product needs to be packed well, sealed tight and sent in sturdy packaging avoid any loss/damage during transit. You will also need to share a picture of the well packed shipment on email or WhatsApp for confirmation before they are sent to us. Only upon this confirmation will the return parcel be accepted.The products sent as replacement by Allureartworx wont have additional shipping charges.
        • We take great efforts to put in the details of dimensions and weight of every product. Please note, We strictly do not exchange products based on the reasons that it's too long or too heavy. In case of doubts with the sizes or any other queries related to product while purchasing. You can email us or call us regarding same on the given number.
        • Also note that the colours and shades of plating in products or colour stones might vary as subject to change with every time they are manufactured/assembled and plated in new batches and also with the appearance due to different camera in mobile phones,laptops and computers.
          • Kindly Note: each pair of earrings (alloy and silver), especially the screw type undergo friction while we test the screw before dispatch. It is likely that the screw will loose some amount of plating but it is necessary that we do it so that so that its easy for the customer to wear them as soon as the product is delivered.
            • We do not offer refunds, once a product is purchased. We will replace it only if there is damage in transit.
            • There will be no refund(in any advances paid) in case of custom orders asked by client and later they want to cancel with any reasons.As custom orders are catered only for them and their requirements. Orders may take time to process-the period given to client would be tentative time and not the final time of delivery(jewellery making is manual process-time way vary slightly.)
              • No Exchanges / No Returns / No Refunds is our policy.
                • Please do not courier the product to us without authorization from Allureartworx. We will not offer any replacement in such a case.
                  • All Returns / Replacements are subject to the discretion of Allureartworx.

                      Jewellery making is a manual and intricate process.

                      We try our best to get and provide best possible outcomes. Yet with every new batches of pieces that are made(repeat designs) slight variations(in regards to procurement of stones-shades of plating) is possible.With the handcrafted jewellery where stones are manually set,there can be stones of uneven shape ,as setting jewellery manually is intricate process especially with jadau jewellery.
